Better Vehicle. Better Driver. Better Price.

Carey Limousine, BostonCoach, and other major executive livery services charge $200-$300 for a downtown-to-O'Hare transfer in a standard Cadillac Escalade — the base trim, with a rotating contractor driver. We charge $155 flat for a higher-spec vehicle, owner-driven. Same airport, same hour, lower price, better product.

Better Vehicle Than The Major Liveries

Carey Limousine, BostonCoach, and the major chauffeured-livery networks fulfill executive-tier requests in a standard Cadillac Escalade or Escalade ESV — the base trim level you'd see at a hotel valet stand. Lincoln Limo Inc operates the 2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum Sport with the Executive Second Row Package — a different, top-tier trim with deeper rear-seat comfort, executive recline-and-massage seats, premium audio, and a noticeably quieter cabin. You're not paying more for a "better" version of the same SUV. You're paying less for an objectively better vehicle.

Owner-Driven, Not A Contractor Network

When you book through Carey, BostonCoach, or any major chauffeured-livery network, your vehicle and driver are assigned from a pool of independent contractors dispatched against your reservation. Different driver each trip. Different vehicle each trip. No relationship. When you book Lincoln Limo Inc, you're booking Lander Hampson — owner-operator, U.S. Army veteran, twenty-five-year Class A CDL. Same driver. Same vehicle. Same direct mobile number. The rate stays the same whether you book once or every Tuesday for a year.

Flat Rate, No Surge, No Add-Ons

Uber Black SUV from downtown to O'Hare runs $110-$140 base, surges to $170-$220+ during morning rush, plus a $5 city airport surcharge and a $1.50 downtown congestion fee. Major liveries charge $200-$300 plus 20% gratuity, fuel surcharge, and parking-pass fees. Lincoln Limo Inc is $155 flat to O'Hare, $130 flat to Midway — twenty-four hours a day, no surge multipliers, no add-on fees. Same price at 5 AM as at 5 PM. Same price during a snowstorm, the Chicago Marathon, or NASCAR weekend.

Real Curbside Meet & Greet

Hotel pickups, residential addresses, and corporate addresses all get a real meet-and-greet by the owner. The driver pulls up to the address you gave us, gets out, helps with luggage, and confirms your destination terminal. O'Hare has five terminals across roughly two miles of frontage road; we route to the correct departure curb based on your airline. For arrivals, real-time flight tracking with sixty minutes of complimentary wait time included. No "the driver is circling the block," no app pin dropped two doors down, no last-minute cancellation while you're standing on the curb at 4:45 AM.

Three Customer Profiles, One Standard Of Service

Downtown Chicago has a few distinct populations of people who book black car service. Here's how the offer fits each.

For Residents Of Gold Coast, Streeterville & Mag Mile

Owner-Driven, Discreet, And Yours On Standing Reservation

If you live in Gold Coast, Streeterville, the Mag Mile corridor, River North, or the high-rise belt along Lake Shore Drive, your transportation needs are usually pre-planned and personal. You're not pulling out a rideshare app for a 6 AM flight. You want someone you know, in a vehicle you've ridden in before, picking you up at the same building entrance every time.

Lincoln Limo Inc is owner-driven by design. You'll always have my direct mobile number. Standing reservations are easy to set up — same Tuesday-morning ORD run every week, same Thursday-evening pickup from O'Hare arrivals, whatever the pattern looks like. The vehicle is the 2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum Sport Executive: massage seats, AKG forty-two-speaker audio, climate-controlled cabin, twin wireless charging, complimentary water and phone chargers. Discreet, professional, comfortable.

The 2025 Escalade ESV Executive package is not the same vehicle as the standard Escalade or Escalade ESV that most rideshare-luxury services use. The Platinum Sport Executive is a top-tier trim package built for owner-driven private service: deeper rear-seat comfort, executive second-row package with massage and recline, discrete chauffeur partition (vinyl-on-vinyl), and noticeably quieter cabin acoustics.

For Convention & Event Attendees

Pre-Booked Transfers For Chicago's Major Venues

Downtown Chicago's convention and event venues all share the same logistical challenge: thirty thousand people leaving at the same time, all needing transport in the same direction. Rideshare surge multipliers at McCormick Place after a major convention close-out routinely hit 3x and 4x — turning a $40 UberX into a $150 ride and an $130 Uber Black SUV into a $400+ surcharge nightmare. Soldier Field and United Center create the same problem after Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks, and major concerts. The hour after Lollapalooza ends each night is the most expensive rideshare hour of the year in Chicago.

A pre-booked black car eliminates the post-event scramble. Your driver is staged before the event ends, knows the venue's pickup zone (which is rarely the same as the drop-off zone), and is in your vehicle when you walk out. No surge, no app refresh, no "your driver canceled, looking for another."

Group transfers are available for parties of one to seven passengers in a single Escalade ESV. For larger groups (eight to fourteen passengers), Lincoln Limo coordinates with affiliated NLA-member livery partners running professional Sprinter vans. Ask at booking.

For Downtown Corporate Travel

The Carey-Tier Vehicle, Without The Carey-Tier Price.

If you're booking ground transportation for downtown corporate travel — 5 AM departures from a West Loop firm, executive transfers from Mag Mile law offices, client pickups from River North trading floors, C-suite roadshows — you're probably already familiar with Carey Limousine, BostonCoach, and the other major executive-livery networks. They're the institutional default for Fortune 500 corporate travel programs. They charge $200-$300 plus 20% gratuity for a downtown-to-O'Hare transfer in a standard Cadillac Escalade with a contractor-network driver.

Lincoln Limo Inc charges $155 flat to O'Hare, $130 flat to Midway, in a higher-spec vehicle (the 2025 Escalade ESV Platinum Sport Executive — meaningfully different from the standard Escalade), driven by the owner. Same airport, same hour, lower price, better product. If your firm's preferred-vendor program already includes Carey or BostonCoach, adding Lincoln Limo Inc as an alternate vendor doesn't replace your institutional default — it gives your executive assistants a second option they can use when discretion, vehicle quality, and cost-control all matter at the same time.

Lincoln Limo Inc is $1M commercial liability insurance, Illinois Livery licensed, NLA member. Invoices issue under Hampson Enterprise (parent company) with full breakdown of fare, gratuity, and any wait time. Most corporate procurement teams accept us as a vendor with no setup hurdle. For firms with formal preferred-vendor programs requiring W-9, Certificate of Insurance, and DUNS, Lander handles the documentation directly.

Standing reservations and corporate accounts are available — see the Corporate Accounts page for full program details. For one-off executive transfers and inbound client pickups, the standard $155 ORD / $130 MDW flat rate applies, no minimums.

Downtown Pickup Logistics

Practical questions about pickups in dense downtown environments — hotels, high-rises, valet lanes, and major event days.

Hotel pickups happen at the main valet/porte-cochère lane in nearly all cases. The driver pulls into the valet lane, the doorman or bell captain confirms the vehicle is for you, and your luggage is loaded. For hotels where the valet lane is too short to stage (rare downtown — most Mag Mile and Gold Coast hotels have generous frontage), the driver coordinates a side-street pickup with the doorman. You don't need to do anything — just be in the lobby five minutes before pickup time.

Most downtown high-rises (Trump Tower, the Aqua, the Park Tower, the Ritz Residences, the Streeterville and Gold Coast Hancock-vicinity buildings) have standard livery pickup procedures — Lincoln Limo Inc is recognized by name at most of them. If your building requires advance notice for ride-share-style pickups, give the door staff your name and the booking time and they'll let us into the building's loading lane. For standing reservations, this only needs to happen once.

Yes — major event weekends are exactly when pre-booked car service matters most. Road closures around Grant Park (Lollapalooza), the marathon route, and Soldier Field/Lakefront NASCAR weekend are all built into the routing on those days. The driver will use the alternate routes, and the flat rate stays the same. Book at least twenty-four hours in advance for major event weekends so we can confirm availability — these are our busiest dates of the year.

For airport drop-offs, the driver stages curbside while you check luggage and clear TSA. For O'Hare and Midway arrivals, sixty minutes of wait time is included free — covers a normal flight delay, baggage claim, and meet at the curb. Beyond sixty minutes, wait time is billed at $1/minute (rare — flight delays beyond an hour are usually communicated through the airline app, and we track flight numbers in real time). For point-to-point trips (downtown to a meeting, hotel to dinner), brief stops are fine if discussed at booking.

For groups of one to seven passengers, the 2025 Escalade ESV handles the trip in a single vehicle. For groups of eight to fourteen, Lincoln Limo coordinates with NLA-member affiliate partners running professional Mercedes Sprinter vans. Mention group size and luggage count at booking — we'll confirm the right vehicle for your group. McCormick pickups during major conventions need at least forty-eight hours' notice during peak weeks (Auto Show, Restaurant Show, IMTS, Sweets & Snacks, etc.).

Yes. Lincoln Limo Inc invoices under Hampson Enterprise with full fare breakdown, gratuity, and any wait time itemized. Most corporate procurement and travel teams accept us as a vendor with no formal setup. For firms with preferred-vendor programs requiring W-9, Certificate of Insurance, and DUNS, Lander handles the documentation directly. Standing corporate accounts are available — see the Corporate Accounts page or call Lander directly at (773) 651-2001.

Cancellations more than four hours before scheduled pickup: no charge. Cancellations less than four hours before pickup: $50 cancellation fee. No-shows (no contact, vehicle dispatched and waiting): full standard rate applies. Flight cancellations and significant delays handled flexibly — call or text as soon as you know.

Yes, when the calendar allows. Same-day requests with at least four hours' notice are usually accommodated — call or text directly at (773) 651-2001 rather than going through the online calculator. Standing reservations and pre-booked rides take priority on the calendar, so same-day availability varies by time and date. Major event weekends and Mag Mile holiday periods routinely book out forty-eight to seventy-two hours in advance.
