Eligibility

  • You must have ridden with Lincoln Limo Inc. Submissions from non-customers are not eligible and will not be published.
  • One testimonial per ride. You may submit additional testimonials after additional rides — there is no annual cap, but each must reflect a different actual ride.
  • Honest reviews only. The $25 promo code is for sharing honest feedback. It is not contingent on positive feedback, star ratings, or any specific tone.
  • Employees, family members, and business affiliates of Lincoln Limo Inc are not eligible to submit testimonials under this program.

How the $25 Promo Code Works

  • Once your testimonial is approved (typically within 3 business days), we email a unique $25 promo code to the address you provided.
  • The promo code is applied to your next ride with Lincoln Limo Inc. Mention the code when booking.
  • The promo code does not expire but is single-use per ride.
  • The promo code does not stack with the First Ride $125 offer or the Friends & Family 15% program. Other discount programs may have their own stacking rules.
  • The promo code has no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

What We Moderate For

  • Profanity, threats, or hate speech — submissions containing these will not be published, but you will still receive the $25 if the underlying feedback is genuine and we can publish a cleaned version with your permission.
  • Off-topic content — testimonials must be about your Lincoln Limo Inc ride experience.
  • Identifiable third-party information — please don't include other passengers' full names, license plates, or other private details.
  • What we do NOT moderate for: tone, sentiment, star rating, or whether your feedback is positive or negative. We publish critical feedback the same way we publish positive feedback.

FTC Disclosure

  • Every testimonial published on this page carries a clear FTC disclosure stating that the customer received a $25 promo code in exchange for sharing their honest experience.
  • This disclosure is consistent with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), which require clear and conspicuous disclosure of material connections between endorsers and brands.

Photos and Video

  • Photo submission is optional. If you submit a photo without checking the "publish my photo" box, we use the photo only to verify your testimonial and do not display it publicly.
  • Video submissions are hosted on Vimeo or YouTube. You upload the video to your own Vimeo or YouTube account (set to "unlisted" if you prefer), then submit the URL through the form. We embed your video on this page if you check the "publish my video" consent box.
  • You retain ownership of your photos and videos. By submitting and consenting to publication, you grant Lincoln Limo Inc a non-exclusive license to display them on this website. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@lincolnlimoinc.com and we will remove them within 7 days.

Privacy

  • We collect the information you submit (name, email, phone, city, testimonial, photos, video) to verify and publish your testimonial and to issue your promo code.
  • We display only your first name + last initial and your city publicly. Your email and phone number are never published.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
