Add a 30-minute pre-prom photo session to your booking. Your chauffeur is also a professional photographer, equipped with full-frame mirrorless camera, L-series lenses, and professional lighting.

Prom FAQ

How far in advance should I book?

Book 4-8 weeks in advance for prom season. Saturdays in April and May fill up first — top weekends often book out 2-3 months ahead.

If you're inside 2 weeks of your prom date, call directly to check availability.

What's the deposit?

50% of the total at booking to hold your date. Balance due day-of. Wedding/full-day standard.

What's your cancellation policy?

Same as all hourly/full-day bookings:

48+ hours notice — full refund minus deposit
24-48 hours — 50% of total charged
Under 24 hours — full charge applies

Genuine emergencies handled case-by-case. Call as soon as you know.

How many passengers fit?

The Escalade ESV Platinum Sport Executive seats 6 passengers comfortably: 1 captain chair in the 1st row (front passenger), 2 captain chairs in the 2nd row (executive package), and a bench seat for 3 in the 3rd row.

Best for 5 in true comfort. 6 fits but the 3rd-row bench is tighter for full-size adults.

Can we have alcohol in the vehicle?

No. Prom passengers are typically under 21. Alcohol is not permitted in the vehicle for prom bookings under any circumstances. This is non-negotiable — both for legal reasons and because parents are trusting the service to keep their kids safe.

If parents have specific concerns about behavior or safety, please mention at booking — I'm happy to discuss expectations directly.

What about parents — can they ride along?

Yes. Parents are welcome on the pickup leg, drop-off leg, or both. Some parents ride to the venue for photos and then take their own car home. Some book a separate Lincoln Limo ride for parents-only on prom night.

What if my flight is delayed coming home from school?

If you're flying in for prom (visiting from college, etc.), I track your flight number and adjust pickup automatically. 60 minutes free wait time after actual landing — covers normal customs and baggage.

You don't need to call to update me about a delay — I already know.
