These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Passenger," "Client," "you") and Lincoln Limo Inc, an Illinois corporation ("Lincoln Limo," "Company," "we," "us," "our"). By booking transportation services, using our website, or accepting transportation from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are booking on behalf of another person or group, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.
Lincoln Limo Inc provides executive ground transportation services in the Chicago metropolitan area and surrounding regions, including but not limited to:
Services are provided using our 2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum Sport Executive vehicle, licensed under Illinois livery plate 70710LY.
Reservations may be made by phone, text, email, or through our website booking system. All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Lincoln Limo Inc. Confirmations will be sent via email or text and will include trip details, pricing, and payment instructions.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, times, flight information, and contact details. Changes or inaccurate information may result in additional charges or service delays.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard reservations and 48+ hours for airport transfers, special events, or long-distance trips. Same-day bookings are accommodated when possible but subject to availability and may incur a premium.
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are based on the type of service, distance, time, and vehicle configuration. Current rates are published on our website and in our quote calculator. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.
The following may result in additional charges beyond the base rate:
A 20% gratuity is typically included in corporate and event packages. For other services, gratuity is at your discretion and is greatly appreciated by our chauffeurs.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), cash (advance arrangement), and corporate accounts (with approved credit). Payment is typically processed at the conclusion of the trip or in advance for prepaid reservations.

Cancellation fees apply based on how far in advance you cancel your reservation:

Weddings, proms, funerals, and other special events may have a separate cancellation policy specified in your booking agreement. These typically require 72+ hours notice for full refund due to reservation of dedicated time blocks.
Vehicle transport and out-of-state trips require 7 days notice for full refund. Within 7 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
A "no-show" occurs when the passenger does not appear at the scheduled pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time (for airport pickups) or 15 minutes (for non-airport pickups) without prior communication.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the trip cost. We attempt to contact the passenger via the phone number on file before classifying a reservation as a no-show.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers, we require the following:
Passengers are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of their conduct. The following fee structure applies:

These fees are charged to the payment method on file. Documentation (photos, cleaning receipts) will be provided for any charges exceeding the stated minimums.
Lincoln Limo Inc reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or terminate service in the following circumstances:
In such cases, no refund will be provided if service was refused due to passenger conduct or misrepresentation.
Lincoln Limo Inc maintains commercial automobile liability insurance meeting or exceeding Illinois state requirements for licensed livery services. Current certificate of insurance is available upon request.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Lincoln Limo Inc is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in the vehicle. We make reasonable efforts to return items left behind but cannot guarantee their recovery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lincoln Limo Inc's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Lincoln Limo Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to missed flights, missed connections, lost business opportunities, or emotional distress.
While we make every reasonable effort to deliver passengers on time, travel times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We recommend scheduling with adequate buffer time for time-sensitive arrivals.
Lincoln Limo Inc shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or refund prepaid fees at our discretion. Cancellation fees may be waived for qualifying force majeure events.
All content on the Lincoln Limo Inc website, including text, images, graphics, logos, photographs, and video, is the property of Lincoln Limo Inc or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
When photography services are provided, Lincoln Limo Inc retains copyright of the images. Clients receive a license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.
Photos of passengers with the vehicle may only be used in Lincoln Limo Inc marketing materials with the passenger's written consent (photo release).
Before initiating formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us directly at info@lincolnlimoinc.com or (773) 651-2001 to discuss the matter. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith communication.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to resolve disputes with Lincoln Limo Inc on an individual basis only, and waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction or pursuing claims in small claims court.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Lincoln Limo Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes affecting active reservations, we will provide notice via email or phone.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lincoln Limo Inc regarding our services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Lincoln Limo Inc may assign these Terms at our discretion.
